Shipping policy

We currently use USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. 

We only ship within the U.S. at this time.  Currently shipping times is approximately 3 - 5 business days (excluding US holidays) for all ready-to-ship items.  Apparel TAT (turnaround  time) is 7 - 14 business days.  Custom order TAT is 10 -14 business days.  Once custom orders leave our office, MikMak Creations is not responsible for any transit delays or errors. If there is a problem with your order after you have received them, please contact MikMak Creations by email (mikmakcreations@gmail.com) within 72 hours.

Shipping Issues
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient address, incorrect address or undeliverable, you will be subject to pay shipping cost in order for us to reship your package back to you once we have received the returned package.  If you prefer, we can issue you a refund in the original amount paid and original form of payment(s) minus any shipping cost once we have received the package back.
